Any outstanding transactions at the close of business on Friday 27 September 2002 will continue to settle under CREST Code 809. From Monday 30 September 2002 new transactions will be carried out under code 994 (INGL), details of which are noted below.
The firm will continue to act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities and will have access to the SETS and International Order Book. The firm will have access to the International Retail Service with the ability to enter orders and will also act as a market maker.
The firm has a Model A agreement in place with Citibank N.A.
