With effect from Monday 5 November 2001, Keith Bayley Rogers & Co Limited ("Keith Bayley") is approved as a member firm of the London Stock Exchange.

Keith Bayley will introduce business to Walker, Crips, Weddle, Beck Plc ("Walker Crips") only.

On Monday 5 November 2001, Keith Bayley Rogers & Co ("the Partnership"), a current member firm, will transfer its business to Keith Bayley Rogers & Co Limited. No new business will be carried out by the Partnership from this date. Any unsettled transactions of the Partnership as at the close of business on Friday 2 November 2001 will continue to be settled by the Partnership under the following codes:

Walker Crips will purchase the entire share capital of Keith Bayley on Friday 2 November 2001. As a result, all business introduced by Keith Bayley will be executed by Walker Crips under the following codes:

Walker Crips will continue to act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities and will also act as an AIM broker. Walker Crips continues to have access to SETS and is a registered participant in the International Retail Service with the ability to enter orders. Walker Crips does not have access to the International Order Book.

There are no trading codes associated with Keith Bayley Rogers & Co Limited.
