On Monday 5 November 2001, Keith Bayley Rogers & Co ("the Partnership"), a current member firm, will transfer its business to Keith Bayley Rogers & Co Limited. No new business will be carried out by the Partnership from this date. Any unsettled transactions of the Partnership as at the close of business on Friday 2 November 2001 will continue to be settled by the Partnership under the following codes:

Walker Crips will continue to act in a principal and agency capacity in UK domestic and international securities and will also act as an AIM broker.
