The Company announces that Sam Bailey has informed the Company that he purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 17 July 2009. Following the purchase Mr. Bailey is interested in 261,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.72 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
