Description of business:
The Company was incorporated in 2008 and with the main objective of developing and operating shopping centres in Ukraine. The Company (with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is amongst the leading real estate developers in Ukraine and the leading owner and operator of shopping centres and retail schemes. The Company is engaged in all cycles of retail real estate development, from acquisition of land plots for development to delivery and operation of shopping centres. The Group currently owns and operates (or, in the case of Sky Mall, has an interest in) five shopping centres in Ukraine with approximately 160,000 sq. m GLA. Subject only to Admission, the Company has agreed to acquire a further four properties which are currently under development.
