Oxford Technology VCT PLC
Update for the quarter ending 30 November 2015
Oxford Technology VCT PLC presents its quarterly update for the period commencing 1 September 2015.
The Directors have recently reviewed the valuation of its portfolio as at 30 November 2015.
The unaudited net asset value per ordinary share as at 30 November 2015 was 49.8p. This is a fall of 18p from the previously published NAV for the period ending 31 August 2015 primarily due to the fall in the price of Scancell Holdings Plc's shares quoted on AIM. The bid price of Scancell's shares used for the calculation of the End of Period NAV was 13.0p. Following the period end, the Scancell share price has risen. Taking the bid price of 20.5p at close of trading on 6 January 2016, the effect of this rise has been to increase Scancell's contribution to NAV by 9.5p, increasing the VCT's NAV to 59.3p assuming no other changes.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 5,431,655.
