Transfer of Treasury Shares

The Weir Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 15 March 2013, 124,503 ordinary shares of 12.5p each held as treasury shares were transferred to participants to satisfy awards granted in 2010 under the Group Long Term Incentive Plan.
Following the above transfer, the Company now holds 961,254 ordinary shares in treasury and has 212,889,977 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares).
