                     Notice of Annual General Meeting 2013                     

ABG's annual general meeting for 2013 will be held at Shearman & Sterling LLP,
Broadgate West, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP on Thursday 18 April 2013 at
2.00pm (UK time).

Shareholders may view the notice for the 2013 Annual General Meeting on ABG's
