               Notice of Annual Results and Analyst Presentation               

Interserve, the international support services and construction group,
announces that its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2012 will be
released on Wednesday, 27 February 2013.

There will be a presentation to analysts to discuss these results at 10:30am on
27 February 2013 at the London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, London
EC4M 7LS.

This presentation will also be available live via a webcast. To register for
the webcast, please follow the link on the investors section of Interserve's
website, www.interserve.com/investors. Access on the day will be from the same
location or, if you register in advance, you will receive an email reminder 30
