Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for 8,716 B Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. The B Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing B Ordinary shares and have been issued in respect of the capitalisation issue in lieu of the third interim dividend. Dealings are expected to commence in the new B Ordinary shares on 20 February 2013.
