The Company received notification today that, on 8 February 2013, Radmat Building Products Ltd ("Radmat") acquired 72,410 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.4 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
Radmat is now interested, in aggregate, in 1,447,199 Ordinary Shares representing 8.19 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
