Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was informed today by Paul Johnson, Non-executive Director, that he has today bought 10,000 shares at 277 pence per ordinary share.  Paul Johnson now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
