NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that it will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2012 on Tuesday 26 February 2013.
