Cooperman, that, as of 31 December 2012, Cooperman is now the holder of 2,916,536 US $0.005 Common Stock ("Shares") which represents approximately 3.7% of the Company's issued Share capital of which Cooperman has sole (1,808,225 Shares) or shared (1,108,311 Shares) voting rights.
