Transaction in own Redeemable Shares

6 February 2013

The Company announces that on 6 February 2013 it purchased in the market
550,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 
890 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 33,312,534 Redeemable Shares in issue,
none of which are held in treasury.

In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it has
acquired, for investment purposes, 2,472,000 ordinary shares and 4,661,000
redeemable shares, representing approximately 9.45% of the shares then
outstanding.
