Jardine Lloyd Thompson Announces change in senior management responsibilities

01 February 2013 London: As required under the UK Listing Rules, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc ("JLT"), the international group of risk specialists and employee benefits consultants, today announces a change in a number of senior management responsibilities.

With effect from 1st March, Vyvienne Wade will become President of JLT's operations in Latin America (LATAM) and assume the new role of European Chairman. Vyvienne remains Group General Counsel, Chairman of JLT Insurance Management and a Non-Executive Director of Lloyd & Partners Ltd. Mike Methley becomes the CEO of LATAM with effect from the same date, alongside his existing position as Group Chief Operating Officer.

With effect from 1^st March, Mike Reynolds, Group Finance Director, assumes Group Board responsibility for Risk Management.

Commenting on these appointments, Dominic Burke, Group CEO said,
