AVEVA Group plc announces that on Monday 7th January 2013 the following share sale took place:

David Wheeldon, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering and Design Systems

Mrs Gaynor Wheeldon, the wife of Mr Wheeldon, sold 8,000 shares at a price of £21.13 per share.

Following this, Mr Wheeldon holds options over 70,844 ordinary shares and owns 62,874 ordinary shares.
