Company Secretary change
The Board announces that Robert Morgan has decided to step down from his role as Company Secretary of The Restaurant Group plc and will leave the Group in early April 2013. The Board wishes to thank Mr Morgan for his contribution to the Group over his 11 years with TRG, of which eight have been as Company Secretary. The Board wishes him every success in his future career.
Stephen Critoph, Group Finance Director, will take on the role of Company Secretary in addition to his existing responsibilities, and will be supported in this by Alex Small (LLM, ACIS), who has been Deputy Company Secretary with the Group since August 2011.
