Change in particulars of non-executive director
In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that its non-executive director, Mr Mark Armour, has stepped down from the boards of Reed Elsevier PLC and Reed Elsevier NV, with effect from 31 December 2012.
Reed Elsevier PLC and Reed Elsevier NV are listed on the London, Amsterdam and New York Stock Exchanges.
