TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In compliance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Betfair Group plc confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 31st December 2012 (being the last trading day of December) is 103,139,154 at 0.1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company is 103,139,154.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Betfair Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
