The Monks Investment Trust PLC's capital consists of 249,211,859 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Monks Investment Trust PLC holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure (249,211,859) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Monks Investment Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
