In line with our new global management structure, announced on 13 September 2012, Debajit Das and Asterios Satrazemis were appointed as Executive Directors of Aggreko plc on 1st January 2013. George Walker and Kash Pandya also stepped down from their positions as Executive Directors of Aggreko plc on 31st December 2012.
