Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 7 December 2012 it purchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 22.5 pence per share. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares.
The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 497,050,995 shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 861,772 of its shares in Treasury and has 496,189,223 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
