Royal London appoints Group Finance & Strategy Director

Royal London, the UK's largest mutual life and pensions company, has appointed Kerr Luscombe to the role of Group Finance & Strategy Director with effect from 1 January 2013.

Luscombe, 47, joined Royal London in October 2011 as Group Strategy Director. In his new role he will have responsibility for Royal London's finance and actuarial teams as well as the strategy team. Prior to joining Royal London, Luscombe held a number of Finance Director roles in the UK Life Assurance Sector, most recently as the Finance Director for Scottish Widows and Clerical Medical. He has been a qualified actuary for over 20 years.
