Total Voting Rights
Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) today announces that in conformity with the Transparency Directive, Brewin Dolphin's capital as at 30 November 2012 consists of 249,381,475 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brewin Dolphin is 249,381,475.
The above figure of 249,381,475 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Brewin Dolphin under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
