Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Sepura plc (the "Company") advises that:

As at 30 November 2012, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 137,318,580 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each. The Company holds 189,250 shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 137,129,330. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
