Notice of Results
The Board of Sirius Real Estate is postponing the announcement of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 September 2012 from Monday 3 December 2012 to later in the same month. As previously announced, the Company is in advance discussions with a lender to complete the refinancing of one of the Company's two banking facilities and by postponing the results announcement, it is hopeful of being able to complete the refinancing and then announcing the interim results.
The Company will confirm the new date for announcing the results, as soon as practical.
