Total Voting Rights
As at 30 November 2012, the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury) consists of:
· 261,892,375 GBP Shares
· 3,050,009 EUR Shares
· 7,366,160 USD Shares
All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 272,308,544. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
