Resignation of Director

Kellan announces that John Bowmer has resigned with immediate effect as a non-executive director of the Company to pursue his other business interests, most of which are located in the United States, where he resides.

Tony Reeves, Chairman of Kellan, commented: "I would like to thank John for all his contributions and support to the Group over the last 5 years and wish him well for the future."
