Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Group would like to notify the market that, as at 30 November 2012, Murgitroyd's issued share capital consists of 8,744,347 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").  The Group does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group 8,744,347.

The figure of 8,744,347 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Group under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
