Stobart, a member of the FTSE 250, becomes the first industrial superbrand to enter the UK retail bond market. As a leading investor in UK industry and infrastructure, Stobart is offering a 5.50% per annum fixed rate six year Sterling bond, available from today.
Stobart Chief Financial Officer, Ben Whawell, said: "Following a successful UK road show to test market conditions for a retail bond issue, we are very pleased to announce our entry to the market today. The offer is expected to remain open until 27 November 2012 but may close earlier.
