BlackRock Cuts Walker Greenbank Stake To Below 5%

LONDON (Alliance News) - Walker Greenbank PLC said Wednesday asset manager BlackRock Inc had reduced its stake in the luxury interior furnishings group to below the 5% threshold.

Prior to the transaction on Tuesday, BlackRock held a 7.3% stake in the AIM-listed firm. After the transaction, however, BlackRock's holding was no longer above the 5% notification threshold required by regulators.

Shares in Walker Greenbank closed 1.8% higher at 143.00 pence on Wednesday.
