Transactions in renounceable documents are not subject to buying-in. However, where, because of non-delivery by the liable party, settlement of a transaction in a renounceable document is to be effected in registered form, a buying-in request may be submitted in respect of the registered security following the later of the normal timetable date as per section 3 or the date of transformation.
