The London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Medsea Estates Group, the Spanish-based estate agency to AIM.
Medsea acts as an intermediary between developers in Spain, and British and Irish agents. The group operates on Spain’s southern coast, around the northern and southern Costa Blanca, Alicante and Almeira.
Mr Gatehouse, Chairman of Medsea, commented: “The main benefit of going form private to public is that it raises the profile of the business. It also gives us the opportunity of raising money in the future. We have plans to expand our business into other countries, such as Greece and Turkey, so we may make some acquisitions in the future”.
