FSA to simplify investment adviser regulation
Regulations concerning how information is given to consumers by investment advisers are to be simplified by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

The regulator will be building on its principles-based approach of the conduct of business regime (COBS) launched in November last year with new guidance on August 6th.    Read full story
