By Investors Chronicle 02/11/2007 09:49
On this week's programme we take a look at interest rates and the housing market.

Dominic Picarda gives us his Market View - how growth shares have started to outperform value shares.

In our Market Mover interview, we ask Andrew Lilico of Europe Economics what he's expecting from next week's Bank of England interest rate decision.

And in the debate, Tom Gidley-Kitchen of Charles Stanley and Simon Thompson of Investors Chronicle discuss whether now is the right time to buy into the housebuilding sector.

"i really think that house prices will fall for at least another 12mths which will bring us into great difficulty to get back to where we were this will hit the buy-to-let people the hardest who want short investments but long term investors will see the grass growing well in the next 3-5 years thankyou. darryl lee archer sheffield south yorkshire."
