The London Stock Exchange is pleased to welcome Endeavour International Corporation to our headquarters to open the London markets.

Endeavour International Corporation is an independent energy company established to find and develop oil and gas reserves in the North Sea.
The company has interests in nine fields in the United Kingdom and Norwegian sectors of the North Sea, and holds a large leasehold position covering 2.3 million acres with several exploration projects moving toward development. Endeavour continues to conduct an ongoing exploration campaign that has resulted in two discoveries.
In late 2007, the company’s stock was admitted as secondary listing to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and began trading under the symbol ENDV. Endeavour is already listed on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol END. The company did not raise any capital in conjunction with this listing. Ashurst LLP served as Endeavour’s legal advisor during the listing process.
"The listing on the Main Market broadens our access to European markets which are more geographically focused on North Sea activities and the value our business strategy can add," said William L. Transier, chairman, chief executive officer and president. "With our growing management and operational presence in London and Oslo, it is fitting that we build closer ties with the local investment communities."
