The London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Global Investment House Ltd to the Main Market.

Global Investment House Ltd (GIH) is a leading asset management and investment banking company operating across 16 countries in the GCC and the wider MENA region.
Founded in 1998, the company’s principal areas of business are Asset Management, Principal Investments and Treasury, Investment Banking, Real Estate and Brokerage, which together allow it to provide a comprehensive range of products to its clients in the region and beyond.
The London markets were opened by Mrs Maha al-Ghunaim, the Chairperson and Managing Director of GIH. The welcome ceremony was hosted by Baroness Cohen, along with other members of the Exchange.
GIH raised US $1.15 billion by issuing Global Depository Receipts (GDR’s) on the Main Market. The company has a market cap of over US$5 billion – making Global Investment House the largest private sector investment company in the entire GCC and broader Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. GIH has become the 34th company from the Middle East to list on the Exchange and the fifth this year.
