The London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome MHP to the Main Market.

MHP is a holding company for a group that is one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, focusing on the production of poultry and the cultivation of grain. MHP is the leading vertically integrated producer of poultry in Ukraine, and is best known for its ‘Nasha Ryaba’ brand. The Group also produces and sells sunflower oil, beef, sausages, cooked meats, convenience food products, goose meat, foie gras, fruit and potatoes.
MHP successfully raised US$315m via the issue of depositary receipts on the Main Market and becomes one of the largest Ukrainian companies to be listed on the Exchange with a market capitalisation at pricing of approximately US$1.7 billion.
The Company intends to use the proceeds of the London IPO to finance the expansion of its poultry and grain businesses.
Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners for the Offering.
