The London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Promethean India plc to AIM.
Promethean India, an investment company, was admitted to trading on AIM on 25 April 2007, raising £50 million which will be used for investment in businesses that are established or operating in India.
Sir Peter Burt, non-executive Chairman of Promethean India, commented:
”I am very pleased with the listing of Promethean India and believe there are a number of exciting opportunities in the pipeline in the fast growing Indian economy that the fund will have the opportunity to invest in."
