The London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Connaught to the Main Market

Connaught is a leading provider of integrated asset management services to both the public and private sectors throughout the UK. The business operates across two divisions: Social Housing and Compliance.

The Social Housing division provides planned capital and maintenance and estate management for the social housing sector operated by local authorities, ALMOs and housing associations.

Compliance provides gas maintenance and appliance installation services together with electrical, fire and water services to SMEs, multi-site nationals and the public sector.

On the move to the Main Market, Mark Tincknell, Chairman, commented: “Today marks a significant milestone in Connaught’s history. The Group has experienced strong growth since being quoted on AIM, with turnover increasing from £55 million in 1999 to £300 million in 2006. Given our current size and favourable outlook, we believe that now is the right time to move to the Main Market so we can better facilitate further growth.”
