Glisten plc
We are pleased to welcome Glisten plc onto our AIM market. The company has been formed to acquire a number of specialist food businesses focused on niche markets.
The Directors of the company acquired The Glisten Company Ltd (GCL) upon admission to AIM. GCL was founded in 1932 and serves a variety of sectors including foodservice, manufacturing and many of the high street retailers. It also has a broadly-based export business distributing its products to 23 countries in the year ending 30 June 2001.
