Established in 1990, and based in Avonmouth, Bristol, Compact Power has pioneered advanced technology to build compact waste treatment plants, much smaller than conventional incinerators, to safely and cleanly dispose of a wide range of waste, producing heat or electrical power as an end result.
The techniques which Compact claim result in extremely low emissions, have won Environment Agency approval, and the company has already received support from oil and gas giant BHP Billiton.
