We are pleased to welcome Integrated Dental Holdings onto our main market today. They operate the largest group of dental practices in the UK.
The group operates 128 dental practices, serving approximately 810,000 patients in the UK through 564 dentists (full and part time), 85 dental hygienists and associated support staff. Of the 128 practices operated by the group, 99 are unbranded and serve a predominantly NHS base and 29 are Whitecross branded and have a broadly equal mix of NHS and private clients.
The group's growth was originally funded by its directors and private individuals with debt provided by the Bank of Scotland. Subsequently, 3 private equity funders have provided funding.
The money raised by listing will be used to grow the business by funding the acquisition of further dental practices.
