Murgitroyd Group PLC to AIM

On Friday 30 November we welcomed Murgitroyd Group PLC, the European patent and trademark attorney practice to the AIMTM market for young and growing companies.
Founded as a sole-trader in 1975, it evolved into a partnership and became a limited company in 1993. With offices in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Belfast, Dublin, London and Munich, the company assists organisations in protecting their intellectual property rights. Their 110 staff include approximately 40 patent and trade mark specialists, working with both UK and international organisations from a range of industrial sectors.
They will use the money they have raised on AIM to fund their expansion through the development of a pan-European intellectual property service and to restructure the finance base of the group.
