The Exchange takes great pleasure in welcoming PHS Group, a leading UK provider of workplace services, to the main market.
PHS Group is headquartered in Caerphilly, South Wales, operates from 43 sites cross the UK and has approximately 82,500 customers. The group provides services across a wide range of sectors through four operating divisions:
- PHS Washrooms (provision of washroom equipment and servicing);
- PHS Treadsmart (provision and maintenance of dust mats); and
- PHS Greenleaf (provision and maintenance of live and replica plants).
- PHS Waterlogic (provision and maintenance of plumbed in point-of-use purified water dispensers);
The Group intends to use the net proceeds for the repayment of certain outstanding debt.
