We are pleased to welcome the London branch of Rabo Securities as new members.

Rabo Securities NV, founded in 1996, is the equities division of Rabobank International which is one of the world's largest international food and agribusiness banks, employing around 4000 staff, operating in over 100 offices in 35 countries. Rabo Securities NV is a 100% owned subsidiary of Rabobank Nederland with headquarters in Amsterdam and a branch in London.

The London business concentrates on equity derivatives. Their expectation is that joining us will reduce their execution costs and improve hedging capacity as the level of business on UK underlyings increases in 2002.
