US Bancorp Piper Jaffray as an AIM Nominated Advisor - 7 November 2001

AIM, our international market for smaller and growing companies, today welcomed its first US-based Nominated Advisor, US Bancorp Piper Jaffray. We are delighted to be able to approve US Bancorp Piper Jaffray's application and hope that this will further stimulate demand in AIM from North America.
Nominated advisers play an important role in bringing companies to AIM and advising these companies both on admission and afterwards. We have strict requirements, which must be met by the applicant.
Earlier this year we announced that we would be seeking to further internationalise AIM, we believe a US-based nominated advisor will help us to achieve this.
