ukbetting launched its 24 hour online betting service on 19 August 1998, making it one of the first UK based internet bookmakers. The company provides fixed odds betting on sporting events.
The company intends to use the proceeds from its admission to AIM to fund a sales and marketing plan, and to fund the group's working capital requirements. ukbetting also plans to expand its distribution methods to include digital media channels and wireless networks.
