Bradford-based Atlantic Global plc was established in 1993 to acquire Atlantic EC - a company who specialised in the provision of a time and resource management software.
Since then, the Atlantic Global has developed The Atlantic Business Suite - a leading software package designed to monitor and improve the business performance efficiency of organisations.
Atlantic Global has secured many high-profile blue-chip clients including Barclays Bank plc, Ericsson Communications and GlaxoSmithKline plc.
The company intends to use the profits of the placing to expand sales potential through joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
