The group was first established in 1987 and is based in Newark, Nottinghamshire. Its core business is providing telecommunications services to corporate customers and distributing prepaid mobile telecommunications products and services.
Project Telecom place great emphasis on the development of customer relationships, rather than investing in network infrastructure. This gives them the flexibility to function as a virtual network operator, supplying a broad range of telecommunications services packaged from a variety of network operators.
Proceeds from flotation will be used to fund future expansion and development.
